Public prices, regular-price comparisons, delivery ranges, page counts, and add-on starting prices are general offer information. The final price, scope, schedule, currency, taxes, software fees, hosting, licenses, and payment terms are confirmed in the written proposal and agreement.
Founder-promo availability may be limited by qualification, capacity, timing, or offer changes. We may modify or withdraw a public promotion before a contract is formed. A price displayed on the website does not require us to accept a project that is unsuitable, outside scope, or submitted after an offer changes.

Unless explicitly identified as real client work, demo company names, people, reviews, projects, locations, credentials, awards, business histories, and performance statements are fictional or illustrative.
Demos do not establish that a design will produce a particular ranking, traffic level, lead volume, conversion rate, revenue result, or business outcome. Your website would be based on your approved business facts, assets, scope, and market.

These include market demand, competition, reputation, service quality, pricing, seasonality, advertising budgets, search platforms, response speed, lead qualification, sales performance, staffing, and operational capacity.
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, booked appointments, estimates, sales, revenue, return on investment, platform approval, or uninterrupted availability unless a signed agreement expressly provides a specific limited commitment.
