A Commission-Only Role Should Earn Your Confidence Too

If you can cold call and close, you have options. A serious commission-only opportunity should show you more than a percentage. You should know what you will call, what you will sell, what support exists, how the sale is documented, and what happens after the client says yes.

That is why we are showing the operating system up front. You are not being handed a raw map scrape and told to figure it out. The launch prospecting system has already been built, the offer is defined, the sales material exists, and the closing workflow is documented.

Prepared Prospect Queue

The current launch database contains more than 1,200 prepared contractor prospect records. Reps work assigned records inside the approved Airtable sales workspace rather than sourcing a private list.

Prospect-Specific Context

Lead records can include phone verification, website triage, website-gap evidence, fit and qualification context, a rep call angle, queue status, follow-up, and activity history.

Sales Playbooks

Cold-call openings, gatekeeper and voicemail guidance, objection handling, qualification rules, follow-up standards, package guidance, and compliance rules are already documented.

Closing Infrastructure

Demo sites, approved packages, proposal and agreement workflows, payment links, scope confirmation, CRM records, and fulfillment handoff are part of the process.

Why the Role Exists

Cold leads are still cold leads. We do not present them as guaranteed opportunities. The difference is that the rep is not expected to start from an unverified spreadsheet with no context.

The current Airtable lead structure contains 93 fields across acquisition, verification, qualification, sales activity, follow-up, suppression, and related workflow controls. The rep sees the approved working subset, not the entire database or private administrative data.

A public preview should demonstrate fields such as:

  • market and contractor vertical;
  • phone verification status;
  • website triage status;
  • primary website gap or evidence summary;
  • lead fit / qualification context;
  • rep call angle;

The point: your first job is to sell, not spend half the day discovering whether a number works or whether the prospect has an obvious website issue.

You Also Get a Sales Library Built Around the Actual Offer

The sales material is not one generic script. The current operating library gives the rep a documented path from first contact through closing and handoff.

Outbound & Conversation

  • Sales Representative Quick Start Guide
  • Cold Calling Scripts + Talk Tracks
  • Opening, Gatekeeper, Voicemail + Callback Playbook
  • Objection Handling Library
  • Sales Conversation Booking and Follow-Up Rules

Qualification &
Offer

  • ICP + Targeting Guide
  • Qualification + Disqualification Rules
  • Lead Qualification + Priority Scoring
  • Packages, Pricing + Scope
  • Demo-site and offer guidance

Closing and operations

  • Proposal / SOW / Agreement workflow
  • Deposit and payment-link process
  • Call outcome and CRM rules
  • Sales-to-fulfillment handoff
  • Compliance, DNC, complaint, and escalation rules

You are expected to learn the system and then sound like a competent human being—not read scripts like theater lines. Coaching and call QA are part of the operating model.

What You Would Sell

The active offer is a defined contractor website package, not an open-ended custom-development promise. The launch starts with roofing. HVAC and other approved contractor markets are added only when campaign evidence supports expansion.

Foundation
Contractor Website

Founder Promo:
$1,795
(regular price $2,295)

Four pages, including one primary service page.
Best for a smaller contractor that needs a credible, focused web presence around one core service category.

Consultation
Contractor Website

Founder Promo:
$2,395
(regular price $3,295)

Seven pages, including four service pages.
Best for most established roofing and HVAC companies that need clearer services, stronger trust, and a better quote path.

Growth
Contractor Website

Founder Promo:
$3,195
(regular price $4,295)

Nine pages, including five service pages and one approved trust or conversion page such as Projects, Service Areas, Financing, or a comparable page.

All recommendations must follow the prospect’s actual needs and the approved scope. The Consultation package is the normal recommendation for many qualified prospects when it genuinely fits; it is not an automatic upsell.

Full-Cycle Means You Own the Sale

We are hiring one person to carry a prospect through the commercial process instead of splitting the role between a setter and a closer.

Call the assigned prospect.

Use the approved lead evidence and opening framework.

Reach and qualify the decision-maker.

Determine whether a real website need, authority, timing, and willingness to invest exist.

Run discovery and follow-up.

Understand the current state, desired outcome, and the reason to act—or disqualify respectfully.

Present the right package and handle objections.

Protect approved pricing, scope, claims, and boundaries.

Close and document.

Move the right buyer through agreement and deposit, record the outcome in Airtable, and complete a clean fulfillment handoff.

You do not own raw lead acquisition, prospect-list scraping, package creation, unapproved discounts, payment verification, fulfillment, or promises of rankings, leads, jobs, or revenue.

What Good Performance Looks Like

Commercial results

  • eligible paid website sales;
  • eligible collected website-project revenue;
  • accurate package and scope;
  • clean agreement/deposit completion;
  • successful fulfillment handoff.

Sales quality

  • real decision-maker conversations;
  • qualification rather than inflated appointment counts;
  • disciplined follow-up;
  • accurate Airtable records;
  • low complaint, refund, and compliance risk;
  • visible improvement through coaching.

Raw dial volume matters, but activity theater does not.
The campaign is reviewed from both conversion and quality data so targeting, scripts, objections, and offer clarity can improve.

Commission: 30% → 35% → 40%

This is a commission-only role with no salary, hourly wage, draw, or guaranteed earnings unless a later signed agreement explicitly states otherwise.

Who This Role Is Built For

You may be a strong fit if you:

  • have recent manual B2B cold-calling experience;
  • have personally closed business you originated, or can prove both prospecting and closing ability;
  • are comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners and navigating gatekeepers;
  • can sell value without inventing claims, discounts, or urgency;
  • use CRM notes, tasks, and follow-up systems accurately;
  • can explain your real activity and conversion numbers with context;
  • are coachable, resilient, organized, and direct without being aggressive;
  • have a reliable computer, headset, internet connection, backup connection, and quiet work environment;
  • can work approved U.S. prospect-local business hours.

This is probably not a fit if you:

  • only want to set appointments for someone else;
  • only want to close warm inbound calls;
  • require guaranteed base pay for this role;
  • avoid CRM documentation or structured follow-up;
  • use deceptive gatekeeper tactics or ignore do-not-contact requests;
  • need freedom to change pricing, scope, guarantees, or promises to get a signature;
  • resist roleplay, call review, compliance testing, or coaching;
  • cannot reliably work the required U.S. calling windows.

Website, digital-marketing, agency, home-services, roofing, HVAC, SaaS, or professional-services experience is useful, but strong transferable full-cycle ability matters more than having the perfect industry résumé.

You Will Be Trained and Tested Before Live Calling

We do not want to hire someone and throw them onto a list on day one. The selection and onboarding process is designed to confirm that the rep can sell the actual offer, protect the company, and use the operating system correctly.

  • Application review for relevant outbound, closing, availability, and process evidence.
  • Structured interview focused on actual experience and numbers rather than sales adjectives.
  • Full-cycle roleplay followed, when appropriate, by coaching and a second roleplay.
  • CRM / process exercise covering documentation, follow-up, scope, and compliance judgment.
  • Written engagement and onboardingfor the selected candidate, followed by offer/scope, calling, qualification, closing, Airtable, and compliance certification before live-call authorization.

Practical Role Notes

Work model:

Remote. U.S. prospect-local business-hour availability is required for the assigned market.
